Which materials can you process?
We work with a wide range of materials, including various types of wood (plywood, solid wood), acrylic glass, leather, as well as various metals and glass. Please note that for safety reasons, we do not process chlorine-containing plastics such as PVC.
In what format should I deliver my file?
Ideally, you should provide vector files (e.g., SVG, DXF, or AI). If you only have an image or a PDF, we offer layout design services to optimize the file for the laser.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Our average lead time is 5-7 days. This may vary depending on the complexity and current order volume. Express options are available upon request.
Do you accept small order quantities?
Yes, we produce both single pieces and series. We have a minimum order value of 25.00 € to ensure the machine run-time remains economically viable.
