To ensure a smooth process, we require some basic information from you. Ideally, please send us your company logo as a vector graphic (e.g., in .svg, .ai, or .eps format). Vector data is essential because it can be scaled without loss of quality regardless of size, which is mandatory for laser engraving.
Additionally, please create a list of all desired inscriptions. Pay close attention to the correct spelling of names and titles. A tabular list (e.g., room number – name – function) helps us avoid errors during the layout transfer. If you do not have vector data, we offer the corresponding vectorization as part of our Layout Design service.

You receive physical products that exactly match your specifications. Every sign is checked for dimensional accuracy. Depending on the chosen option, we deliver the signs with various fastening systems: from classic drill holes for screws and strong double-sided adhesive pads for smooth surfaces to elegant stainless steel stand-offs that lift the sign plastically from the wall.
Furthermore, after the completion of the project and full payment, we provide you with the final digital layout draft. This makes it significantly easier for you to place identical re-orders in a short time during future office expansions (e.g., new employees).
Delivery Times and Scheduling
The average lead time for office signage is approximately 5 to 7 working days after the final layout approval. This period includes material procurement, precise engraving, and quality control. In urgent cases, we offer an express service where completion is prioritized for an additional fee of 30%.
We recommend starting the planning of your signage during the renovation phase or before moving into new premises. This allows us to optimally coordinate the mounting options with the wall composition (drywall, concrete, glass).
Scope of Service: What is Included?
Our standard packages for office signage include the following services:

Exclusions: What is Not Included in the Service
To maintain transparency, we point out that certain services are not part of the standard price for office signage. This specifically includes on-site installation in your business premises; we deliver the products ready for assembly, but we do not perform the installation.
Similarly, complex graphic redesigns or branding concepts are not included in the price of the signs. If you do not have ready-made templates, we charge for Layout Design separately based on hourly expenditure. Furthermore, we do not manufacture signs from materials that are hazardous to health or contain chlorine compounds (such as PVC), as these release toxic gases during laser processing.
Pricing and Transparency
Price calculation is transparent and based on the chosen material and the complexity of the sign. Our prices are final prices including the statutory VAT of 20%. For business customers, we list the net amount separately.
Please note that we have a minimum order value of 25 € per order. Billing is carried out according to our Terms and Conditions. For larger projects, a down payment of 50% is customary to secure material procurement.
