1. Scope and Contracting Party
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Barmyviro GmbH (Share capital 35,000 €, Managing Director Martin Steiner, Margaretenstraße 142, 1050 Wien), hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", and its clients.

2. Orders and Offers
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer. A contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation by the Provider.
The minimum order value for all projects is 25 €. For urgent orders that must be processed outside of regular production times, an express fee of 30% will be added to the total price.
3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices stated on the website include the statutory VAT of 20%, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Detailed pricing can be found at /en/services.html.
For business customers (B2B), a payment period of 14 days from the invoice date applies. Payment is made via bank transfer or according to the options specified during checkout.
4. Deposits and Cancellations
To secure production capacity and material costs, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for every order. Production begins only after receipt of this payment.
Withdrawal from the contract is possible as long as the laser processing has not yet begun. Once the cutting or engraving process has started, a refund of the deposit is excluded, as the item is a custom-made product.
5. Amendments and Corrections
Changes to the layout or material after final approval by the client are subject to additional charges. Costs are based on the effort for recreating the layout (see /en/layout-design.html). The Provider is not responsible for errors contained in files provided by the client.
6. Delivery and Acceptance
The average lead time is 5-7 days from final approval and deposit payment. Delivery is carried out either by collection at our workshop in Vienna or via shipping. Upon handover of the goods, the service is considered rendered.
7. Intellectual Property and Rights
The client warrants that they possess all necessary rights to the logos, graphics, and texts submitted for processing. Responsibility for the legality of the content used rests solely with the client.
Upon full payment, the client receives the physical products and, if part of the service, the final vector layout.
8. Liability and Warranty
The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The Provider is not liable for slight negligence within the framework of standard deliveries. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the statutory periods.
Please note that photos on our website are illustrative and slight variations in material appearance may occur.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Consumer Protection
In accordance with the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) and the Konsumentenschutzgesetz (KSchG), consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. However, this right is excluded according to EU directives for goods made to customer specifications or those bearing a clear personal touch (e.g., personalized engravings).

10. Final Provisions and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Vienna. For complaints regarding data protection, the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (DSB), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien, can be contacted.
