Form Submission: We use the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Consequently, entered data is transferred to servers in the USA. As the USA is not considered to have an adequate level of data protection under EU law, this transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses. FormSubmit guarantees the forwarding of data to us and its deletion after transmission.

Hosting: Our website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3, 4020 Linz. The hosting provider is bound by the requirements of the GDPR.

Cookie Consent: Your preferences regarding website settings are stored in the localStorage under the key brmv-consent for a period of 180 days to maintain your choices.

5. Storage Period and Deletion

We store your data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of processing or as required by legal retention periods (e.g., tax and commercial law obligations). Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once the communication is concluded.
